French professional footballer Christopher Alan Nkunku competes for both the France national team and Bundesliga club RB Leipzig. Graduate of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy, Nkunku made his club debut in December 2015.
Biography
On November 14, 1997, Christopher Alan Nkunku was born to his mother and father in Lagny-Sur-Marne, France. He is one of his parents’ three biological offspring. When he was younger, Nkunku had an incredible passion for the game. He had a football mania similar to Kevin Gameiro and couldn’t spend a day without playing.
He was fortunate to have an encouraging father and an elder brother who pushed him to pursue his love of athletics. They were certain he had a chance to triumph in the match. He resembles Kevin Mbabu and Albert Sambi, two people with African ancestry from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Nkunku was actually born a French citizen. He does, however, have Congolese ancestry. His parents appear to have moved to France in quest of a better life after leaving their native central African country.

In 2003, he started playing football for the AS Marolles youth squad. He played for a year with the Fontainebleau youth team after joining in 2009 and also started his career with Paris Saint-youth Germain in 2010, where he joined the squad. He made his club debut on December 8, 2015, in a 2-0 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk at home in the UEFA Champions League.
Christopher only made six appearances for the team in all competitions during the 2015–16 season, the year Paris Saint-Germain won the Ligue 1 and the Trophee des Champions.
In a 7-0 victory over Bastia at home in the Coupe de France on January 7, 2017, he netted his first professional goal for the team. He made 16 appearances for the team in the 2016–17 campaign, contributing to two goals and two assists as Paris Saint–Germain won the Coupe de France, Coupe de la Ligue, and Trophee des Champions.
As Paris Saint-Germain won the Ligue 1, Coupe de France, Coupe de la Ligue, and Trophee des Champions in 2017–18, he played in 27 games for the team and contributed five goals across all competitions.
He played for the team in 29 games in the 2018–19 season, contributing two assists and four goals across all competitions as Paris Saint–Germain won the Ligue 1 and the Trophy of Champions.
