However, the officer remained composed and did not allow the provocation to overwhelm him. When Colleen began to spit on the bartender, the cop was still standing his ground. The officer then had to act, handcuffed the woman, arrested her, and took her into custody.
She apologized for her conduct and claimed she felt ashamed for herself and her family after coming to her senses the next day.

“I am ashamed and embarrassed by my actions. I’m hopeful that the Philadelphia police officer who dealt with me Sunday night will allow me to apologize in person and express to him how truly sorry I am for what transpired.”
Unfortunately, despite her apology, she lost her job and her dignity after her news channel, WPHL 17, saw the clip. Fortunately for her, she was able to land a position with WDTV News, where she started in May 2018.
