Declan Welles is a celebrity kid. She is best known as the single child of the American model turned actress and TV host, Brooke Burns, and her second film director husband, Gavin O’Connor. Her mother, Brooke is famous for portraying Jessie Owens in Baywatch: Hawaii from 1998–2001.
