Jesse told him that they were in East Hampton, so he should call it Hampton Water.
When his father heard this, he was interested and thought they could put that in a bottle. Jesse then made the label and came up with a way to market the brand. Gérard Bertrand, a famous French winemaker, was asked to be their producer. Bertrand thought their idea was good and agreed. Hampton Water started in February 2018, two years after the father and son talked in the early morning.
