Early Years & Education of Ingles
Ingles was born in Adelaide, a neighborhood in the Australian state of Happy Valley. He was raised in a rural-urban setting where one could live both worlds. Joe and his sister Megan Ingles were raised by their parents Lynne and Tim Ingles.
Jingles joined the Southern Tigers junior varsity basketball team at Springbreak Secondary College. The player chose to attend Lake Ginnidelra College before transferring to the Australian Institute of Spurs (AIS).
He participated in the East Australian Basketball League from 2005 to 2006. In his younger years, he participated in a number of sports, including Australian football and cricket, but he stopped in order to concentrate on his career sport, basketball.
Ingles was sought out by several teams in the National Basketball League of Australia after a year of training in the AIS.

Personal Life of Joe Ingles
We must admit that an Olympian marrying an Olympian is fate. Sometime in 2013, Joe Ingles and Renae Hallinan began dating. They had been dating for nearly nine years at this point.
After dating for two years, the lovely couple wed in 2015. Jacob 5 is the name of their three adorable children; Mila 5 was a set of twins. Jake, their youngest son, was born in November of 2020.
Their oldest son was diagnosed with autism sometime in 2018. In order to help others understand them, the couple started participating in awareness campaigns and going out in public.
Renae is a former Australian netball player who was born in 1986. 2019 marked the end of her 15-year career.
