Theoson-Jordan Siebatcheu, better known by his soccer name Jordan Pefok, is an American striker who competes for both the United States national team and Bundesliga club Union Berlin. He has played for France at the youth level.

At the age of seven, Siebatcheu started playing football with Reims. In January 2015, he made his Ligue 1 debut. He didn’t score his first Ligue 1 goal until August 2015 against Bordeaux, but in September 2015, Reims offered him a three-year contract as compensation. In 69 games over the course of three seasons for Reims, Siebatcheu scored 20 goals.

The forward switched to Rennes in 2018, another Ligue 1 team. He made his debut in the UEFA Europa League on September 20. He scored his first goal in Europe on November 8 against Dynamo Kyiv. Along with Rennes, he also captured the Coupe de France in 2018–19. In September 2020, Young Boys signed Siebatcheu on a loan deal. Later, after an outstanding 2020–21 campaign in which he scored 15 goals and added four assists across all competitions while also winning the Swiss Super League, Young Boys used the buy option to make the deal permanent.
