Lance Mountain, a well-known figure skater, was born in Pasadena, California, on June 13, 1964.

The artist was born to British citizens Patricia Mountain and Ronald VJ. He has a younger sister named Ronnamay and an older brother named Bonnie.

Lance was first introduced to skateboarding by a friend. His friend Enrique Esparza handed him his board in 1975, and that was the beginning of everything.
