A few weeks later, Raheem joined the Miami Dolphins’ practice squad and eventually signed a contract with them. Similar to that, he joined the Baltimore Ravens practice squad a month later and played for them for around two months.He signed a one-year contract with the Cleveland Browns towards the end of 2015, then in 2016 he was released. Raheem joined the New York Jets practice squad before being let go only six days later.
He soon secured contracts with the San Francisco 49ers and the Chicago Bears. Raheem signed a three-year contract extension with the San Francisco 49ers in 2019 before signing a one-year deal to play with the Miami Dolphins.
