Raheem Mostert had been playing on the field since his school and career days before beginning his professional career.When he was a college student, he had won a few titles.Mostert was not selected in the 2015 NFL Draft, but as an undrafted free agent, he agreed to a deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. Early in his career, he started off with the Eagles’ practice squad.

A few weeks later, Raheem joined the Miami Dolphins’ practice squad and eventually signed a contract with them. Similar to that, he joined the Baltimore Ravens practice squad a month later and played for them for around two months.He signed a one-year contract with the Cleveland Browns towards the end of 2015, then in 2016 he was released. Raheem joined the New York Jets practice squad before being let go only six days later.

He soon secured contracts with the San Francisco 49ers and the Chicago Bears. Raheem signed a three-year contract extension with the San Francisco 49ers in 2019 before signing a one-year deal to play with the Miami Dolphins.


Raheem Mostert has endured numerous injuries throughout his professional career. One of his early injuries occurred in 2017, during the Giants game in Week 10 when he sustained a shoulder injury.

Raheem battled a knee sprain despite not missing a single game day; as a result, he was placed on the injured reserve. Raheem snapped his arm in 2018, which was one of the more unsettling injuries he sustained.He fell on his forearm during the carry, breaking his arm. He departed the field with a cast on his hand shortly after the medical team arrived for aid. Raheem missed the rest of the season due to this injury.

Raheem then sustained a concussion during the exhibition game. Then, shortly after, he hurt his calf. By the year’s conclusion, Raheem had twice sprained his left high ankle and had also strained his MCL.
