English vocalist Robert Plant is the frontman of Led Zeppelin. He produced a number of albums during his time with Led Zeppelin and served as the group’s primary songwriter. On August 20, 1948, Robert Plant was born in Staffordshire, England. His upbringing was in Worcestershire. He chose to pursue a career as a chartered accountant while attending Southbridge’s King Edward VI Grammar School for Boys. However, he gave up his studies to enlist in the English Midlands.

Robert Plant became Led Zeppelin’s lead singer in 1968. The band’s members were Jimmy Page, John Paul James, and John Bonham. A year later, the group’s self-titled debut album was made available.
There were “Led Zeppelin II,” “Led Zeppelin III,” and “Led Zeppelin IV” after “Led Zeppelin.” In 1973, they published “Houses of the Holy.” Their other albums included “Physical Graffiti,” “Presence,” “In Through the Out Door,” and “Coda.”

1995 saw the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induct Robert Plant and Led Zeppelin. He was presented with Grammys in 1999, 2008, and 2009.
