Russell historic triple- double, Harden franchise record, Kyrie & Steph amazing return

Washington Wizard’s Russell Westbrook made another record for triple-double and gave NBA a historic night to remember.

Numerous triple-double records in the NBA already belong to Russell, including the most triple-doubles in a single season. On Monday, March 30, he broke another another record while playing the Indian Pacer. In one of his best performances of his career, Westbrook recorded 35 points, 21 assists, two steals, and 1.4 rebounds. He made 3-of-6 from outside the arc and 14 of 26 from the field to help the Wizards defeat the Nets 132-124.

And he consequently became the first player in NBA history to record a triple-double of at least 35 points and 20 assists. He follows in the footsteps of triple-double greats Magic Johnson and Oscar Robertson.

Since only they and a select few other NBA players have ever amassed at least 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 20 assists in a single contest. In addition, Westbrook surpasses Darrell Walker (15), a former NBA champion, in terms of the number of triple-doubles in Wizards history.

As he has now achieved a Wizards record 16 triple-doubles in just 38 games.

Westbrook actually completed the triple-double before the fourth quarter, making it 47 times overall.

As a result, he is the only player over the past 25 seasons to accomplish this. In praising Westbrook, Wizards coach Scott Brooks stated, “He accomplishes things I’ve never seen in history.

I’ve spent thirty years playing in this league. Man, I don’t know. It is astounding. Russell Westbrook is currently celebrating his record triple-double.

“As a leader, I take pride in developing my team. Westbrook remarked, “Tonight the guys helped me out, making shots and kept it flowing. “Mindset was to go out and be aggressive and make sure I set the table for my colleagues.

Every time he steps onto the floor, Russell Westbrook puts on a spectacular display that further solidifies his title as the King of Rebounds. James Harden of the Brooklyn Nets equals the triple-double record for the franchise. On Monday night in New York, James Harden led the Miami Heat to a 112-107 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves with 38 points, 13 assists, and 11 rebounds.

Since joining the Nets, Harden has amassed 12 triple-doubles this season. He has now equaled Jason Kidd’s previous mark for the most triple-doubles by a Nets player in a single season.

Head coach Steve Nash described James’ performance as “different but both dominant and astonishing for James to track up so many triple-doubles in such a short time.”

In reference to his attitude, Harden said, “You can never be complacent. “I can’t afford to be complacent; I never have been, and I won’t start now. I believe I can always improve. When you are attempting to do something, I believe.

Kyrie Irving returns for the Brooklyn Nets.

Kyrie Irving, the Nets’ point guard, is back with the team for the game against the Timberwolves after missing the previous three due to personal reasons.

On his comeback, Kyrie Irving contributed 27 points and seven rebounds to the Nets’ triumph.

Irving said following the game, “We feel like we’re going to get their best shot, despite their record, whenever an other team comes in here or we are on the road.”

“I think we struggled to control the game’s tempo. They were breaking glass and making small contributions tonight, which kept them in the contest.

Steph returns from injury with a fantastic effort for the Golden State Warriors.

After missing five games due to a tailbone injury, Steph Curry of GSW made a comeback and helped the Warriors to a victory.

In his first game in nearly two weeks, Stephen Curry scored 32 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, and dished out 6 assists. As a result, the Warriors defeated the Chicago Bulls 116-102 to snap a four-game losing run.

In the first quarter, he hit three 3-pointers for a total of 13 points. In addition, he made six three-pointers on the night while shooting 11 for 24 overall.

For the first two quarters, the game was close because no team could lead by more than five points.

But in the third quarter, the Dubs started to ramp up the pace as everyone gave it their all. As a consequence, they defeated the bulls by a score of 116–102.

Curry put in a tremendous effort, but his teammates also went above and beyond to stop the Bull and win the game. A double-double of 18 points and 11 rebounds was recorded by Kelly Oubre Jr., while Andrew Wiggins scored 21 points on 8 of 15 shots.

Draymond Green had a similar stat line, finishing with 11 points and 9 assists. Now that the GSW has snapped its four-game losing streak, they will play Miami Heat on Friday.
