Leah Van Dale, better known by her stage name Carmella, was born in Spencer, Massachusetts, on October 23, 1987.
Paul Van Dale, a former professional wrestler and mixed martial artist, is her father.
Her dad was a jobber for the World Wrestling Federation. Breanna Jean is the name of her only sibling. In addition, nothing is known about her mother.
